What would you as an uploader want to learn

I'm trying to tell you It's different when you download the application, test it out, check if there's any bugs, is the crack/keygen working. Is Application good one, or just waste of someones bandwidth.
If you just leech it with that script you can't tell to those who download the application is it worth of downloading? is it infected? any known bugs with that cracked version?
If you download movie from some Torrent site, and if you watch it. You could decide is it worth of uploading or not. Is it a movie with dead plot, is the movie too obvious, is screenplay good, was actor good in that movie.
If you just leech it, you're just another moron because you leech something that you never tried or watched. If I remember correctly sharing is something different than that thing you said it is.
People will more appreciate uploads with your Internet connection and some of the warez users would be quite impressed if the uploads made by you were good. If you provide more info than others? Your review about movie? And lots of other things.
Someone who didn't watched lots of movies in his life, lots of tv shows, listened to various music genres, and who isn't testing the applications he upload, can't be uploader. He just can't be. It's not just simple file sharing, it's more than that. And I can prove you it.

Thats not true. Seems that you never uploaded a file for you site in you life !
Go and try to upload 50 movies a day only using rapidleech as I do. Ill bet that it will take you not less than 4 hours to do it.
Getting movie covers/ description / nfo file / screens is not an automatic job. Then you have to create the post, etc etc.
Besides after you downoad a multi archive movie, you have to unrar, clean the shit files inside if its not a scene release, rar the file again, etc.
Its not a fucking easy job, and theres no way someone can upload 50 movies a day in less than 4 hours of work !
A RDP OR VPS OR RAPIDLEECH, WILL ONLY HELP PEOPLE WITH SLOW HOME CONNECTIONS AS I HAVE.
Of course there is people who dont care about uploading shit content, so they use rapidleech to download, they dont verify the contents of the rars, and then they upload the files with no changes. They even leech entire posts, etc etc... Shame on that people.

First of all,
My Internet connection upload speed is 30kbps, and I do upload sometimes, not for my site as I don't own a warez forum. But for friends who wants some movie from my collection, yes. And It's slow as hell, it gets completed in about 6 hours or less.
Why would anyone upload so much movies? I mean yeah, your username is Sickboy, maybe you are a junkie like real Sickboy (*hint* Trainspotting *hint* ) , but you don't have to upload so much movies, movies that you haven't even watched or tested.
Getting covers? It's like less then 15 seconds Googling. My ex girlfriend was a pro Googler.
Getting screenshots? Well, you actually have to watch a movie, and make screencaps from MediaPlayerClassic. At least I was doing that always, and real uploaders.
So basically, you just need download it with some script, extract it, remove the files of the real releaser, put your site link, rar it again, and spend about 2 minutes on finding cover and making screencaps with some script because you're too lazy to actually watch the movie you just "uploaded".
And rest of the "JOB" is just goddamn posting? And that should be HARD?

yeah. iso, movies and large games were a pain in the ass. Everyone worked together though. If files 50-55 were down, a downloader or uploader would re-upload them so everyone could get the files. It was nothing like warez today. Most of it was even done on 56k connections, so people saying they have slow connections is BS.
The only reason i upload is for the cash, otherwise i wouldn't be wasting my time doing it.

about uploading stuff: i believe you are right about applications - those people who upload games and applications without even triing them out or read a lot reviews about them to see if it is working or not, are really annoying.
But if we talk about movies and music, it is really not the same. You don't have to test movies and musics if those are from trusted sources, like leeched from scene torrent. You say: an uploader has to watch movies, and decide if it is worth uploading or not - so you think that you can find out all the other peoples thoughts and decide which is the movie they will like? There are so many different tastes: there are people who say Avatar is shit, and those who want to be an avatar, because they are crazy for it.
An uploader has to be trusted, he has to give out perfect uploads, so anyone can download without any hesitation. But to say that those who are using scripts and things are not uploaders, is the same as saying those who use guns are not soldiers, because they should use knives and their own teeth to fight so they can feel as real fighters. Or to say that a farmer is not a real farmer, if he uses milking machine and harvester: he should do it by hand to watch all wheat so they will be perfect, etc.
Man, it is 2010: if we have the knowledge, why shouldn't we use it?
As for the money: in poorer countries it can be a really big thing to earn a few dollars a day with uploads - and after all - it is illegal to upload (warez), so not everyone wants to take the risk without any compensation. The world is not perfect - thats all.

If you own a 1* site, youll need traffic, and the best way ( apart from a good long term SEO) is to get as much as quality content you can and submit them to katz or whatever site you submit to. If you want your site to get big, youll need traffic unless you have money and you can advertise.
I Do porn movies. Not small videos or clips. ONLY FULL MOVIES. Most porn movies are 2 & 3 complete cds. Theres no need to download a movie to check quality, you can perfectly do it via FFMPEG and SSH and take screenshots via a script.
Sometimes finding front and backcover for those movies isnt easy as googling. Finding Hollywood covers and descriptions is really easy and a monkey can do it, but for porn, sometimes you have to search in dvd rental sites wich half of the time they dont have the movie youre looking for. Other times you only find descriptions in other languages, or you dont find them.
I think that youre missing the point.
ITS NOT ABOUT HOW YOU UPLOAD OR DOWNLOAD. ITS ABOUT QUALITY. YOU CAN DO A PERFECT QUALITY MOVIE VIA RAPIDLEECH WITH PROPER DESCRIPTION, ACCURATE MOVIE QUALITY INFORMATION, SCREENS, ETC ETC.
YOU CAN BE A DICKHEAD, USE RAPIDLEECH, AND ONLY TRANSLOAD FILES WITHOUT CHECKING THEM, OR YOU CAN USE RAPIDLEECH, CHECK MOVIE FORMAT AND INFORMATION AND DO A HIGH QUALITY POST.
I dont do games or programs, just movies, because I cant download and check if a game is working and I dont want people to loose time downloading a non working game/apss.
BUt with movies, I can check them easily online.
I was an uploader in those times were geocities was the only place you could upload. My first site was hosted in Laycos ( i think it was laycos) I did those downloads manually, including games and programs. But at that time a programs and games were small sisez. Now they are a couple of GB and I really cant download them and check them because of pc specs and connection.
I really dont understand you !
Why we shouldnt use technology to save time, add more downloads and spend time in other important things of our sites like SEO ?
