What is different between Semi-Dedicated and Virtual Private Servers?

That's not always true, some hosts allow for SSH Access under certain circumstances. [And WrzHost is not the only host who offers SDH :P ]
I'm aware they are the only ones who do provide this. That's why I was wrzhost specific with my post

LOOK! Semi-Dedicated server look like a part of a Dedicated server ! It's nothing it's just a small dedicated server. A semi-Dedicated server Do: Share, Reseller, Master Reseller, Alpha Reseller, small Vps creation.

And VPS is a virtually created small server. It belong to dedicated server. A VPS Do: Share, Reseller, Master Reseller, Alpha Reseller creation.

That's it So simple! :)
