What is different between Semi-Dedicated and Virtual Private Servers?

That's not always true, some hosts allow for SSH Access under certain circumstances. [And WrzHost is not the only host who offers SDH :P ]

I'm aware they are the only ones who do provide this. That's why I was wrzhost specific with my post

Semi-Dedi's are awesome. With WRZHost and its cool. Been wanting to try Sandinos out, but it's out my price range.
