I use Chrome. When Chrome first came out, I decided to give it a go but it was somewhat buggy in the beginning and crashed a fair amount. So I was using both FF & Chrome. Later on I just ditched FF. I never really used any addons on it so the reason I ditched FF for was it was faster and more smooth.
However, nowadays I can't login to some email accounts (like hotmail, mail.com etc). It shows a page full of cookie values for some reason. It works fine for IE so I know it's not something malicious. Dunno, I guess I'll wait for an update.
I use Firefox for everything mainly due to the amount of extensions I have installed into it and I just can not cope without them (such as LastPass). I use IE very occasionally when I need to download something from MS but other than that it is never used.
I have also installed Chrome now that a lot of the bugs have been worked out so it does not crash as much. My main gripe with it is that you download the "installer" and that is just a program to download the rest of the application and istall it rather than it being a proper installer file (like Firefox). I use Chrome for testing purposes and various other things.
Google Chrome - Use it sometimes FireFox - Always I use a lot of Addons and Greasemonkey scripts...so yeah. Internet Explorer - Installed, never used. Opera - Installed, never used. Safari - Installed, never used.
