Hello mates, anyone know this? how to receive webmoney initial passport or get "Verification status:Initial passport" without visiting office?

Initial passport you can get without visiting office. You need it if you wanna get personal passport.

You can get "Personal" passport without visiting them too.
There is an option to send notarized documents by mail, but you also would need to provide phone of notary - check the list of verificators - there is envelope icon next to those who can verify by mail.

The advantage of having "Personal" passport is that theoretically it's more reliable to work with larger amounts...
