Webmoney - Escrow ?

I have lost my mobile phone number and it can not be retrieved, I also dont remember my security question... So everything is shackled .

I can not move my money in my account to anywhere because of that SMS confirmation code thing.

But Escrow type transactions don't ask SMS confirmation; maybe I can save my money with this way .

Any idea about this ?

well i'm in the same situation my money is stuck on the WMZ purse and i can't do anything. I sent a mail to support (worst in the world) but they didn't help. So i looked at the Escrow as you told but there is a phone confirmation at the end of the process I dont know what to do like you If you can solve it somehow please let me know.

maybe u'd write their support and provide info based on their requirements like docs and so on.

yes if have same name and address used in passport and verification document then u can have a change
