well puchased vps yesterday excellent support and also very cheap the server speed is excellent i couldnt find any better also the staff at webden are really friendly. I also have to say the vps was setup very quickly and i couldnt reccomend anywhere else

i submitted bunch of tickets, i PMed Dlow but my vps has been down for more than 2 days, i get down time with webden everymonth
I paid for support and clearly i dont get what i paid for.
everytime my site down, the only reason is upgrading, they shouldve let me know before hand. Traffic lost, money lost.
Please get the stupid problem fixed. Time to move to another host.

You are the only one having issues, If you want to move them move our Data Center "Null Routed" your IP for kiddie porn is what they have told us, And we are still working on the issue.

im really losing my patient . Can you please let me know what is the situation?
I dont mind paying couple more bucks to get another IP if that the case. If its a ********** (i never do that kind of stuff, but i dont why) problem then forward the complaint to me. I will take it down. I cant even access to my Cpanel. my ip is nullrouted, cant do anything. If i have access to my data, believe me, i wouldnt even contact you. I would be long gone.

My server is going down twice a day
Also layer 3 is not being monitored for obvious reasons.

I have paid for a cPanel license before 1,5 week and i am still on Trial

And they havent fixed the iptables for weeks.

I am looking forward to move from them asap. No point of staying somewhere where they don't know how load some freaking iptables on the nodes.

I have even contacted you personally, directly the owner of the company.

You said that you would have fixed them before 2 days when i asked you, and i can not excuse any downtime for my website. Since it is something i pay about and it is not free...


And when i Buy a cPanel/WHM license i except from you to Buy it for me, not giving me Trials...

I am in the same boat. I have multiple tickets that have been closed without any resolution, stats of using 48gb bw on a site of 200 members, etc. Unresponsive control panel etc. With the company being purchased I expected improvements in the stability and seemed to be that way but nothing has improved.

Currently contemplating charging back :|

Yes, yes I have on multiple occassion's the only response i have got is we are fixing it but nothing happens. :|
 
Are you on layer2? If so that is being moved to a new dedicated server. Send me your site and I`ll let you know if that is one of the problem boxes I am fixing.
