the server is back online and fully functional.
everyone must understand that we have several servers. Only the clientele on Layer3 we're affected. At the time of the DDoS when it occured our firewall was disabled because we we're re-configuring the server among runing updates. The server was attacked when it was most vulnerable. We as well has difficulties due to "Time Zones" with the data center we are very sorry for all of the issues as we are fully staffed we will have people online our web site to help with any issues or concerns anyone may have.
With that being said, If anyone does wish to cancel how ever just please inform us as it is understandable. But you also must realize that within the 3 months of web den being online this was the first issue, That was due to a client being given a second chance on my behalf now that client has been shifted off of our Hosting Network.
Yesterdays attack its self which i, coldabhisiek & robert 420 monitored was near 800Mbit p/s a very rather large attack.
Once agian personally i am very sorry for giving the client a second chance, and for the un-expected down time and hope that everyone can go on.
Thanks for keeping us informed on what was happening DLow, i definately wont be moving from your server, ive only been with you for about a month and 2 weeks or something but there has only been one incident and that was the DDos attack.
You know if anyone actually new how to submit a ticket they would get answers
As WJ isnt the only forum we advertise on. Its not a support thread so your not going to receive answers.
Since everything that keeps bumping this thread saying "server down"
Is basically giving people false information, As "A" Server is having issues.
Wow great Support again from this hosting after this small downtime i contacted the support via the ticket and get answer in 2 -3 minutes . They were configuring the Firewall of the serve.
From now i will never write my problems here on WJ because this is only SAle . I recommended to everyone if you have problem with host don't write here just write a Ticket and you will get an answer Really FAST :D
Our Second NL server is now online layer4.
We will be transferring a few clients.
