You are never safe in the Warez world, you can decrease the chance of getting fucked by hosting in a so called 'safe' country. I have servers in Estonia.

Anyway you are not a company, you should get a WHMCS license. And you should get a server to provide your clients quality.

Why would you sell it? Just give me one good reason, Web Hosting business is a really profitable business, if you're professional and smart enough to do it, it's pretty much good to live with. If you sold the company once, you'll sell it again. That's just proving that you can't be trusted.

If you think this isn't the right way, you're wrong. Wannabe Web Hosters are still here, because no one is trying to stop them. All of them say, "I'm not like that, I swear... I'm a good guy", "I have a lot of experience", bla bla. Same stuff always.
 
i never terminated an account in order to sell my companies. I ensured its continuity with the same price they used to pay. I'm not gonna say i'm a good guy or other ba bla cuz you people are getting all off-topic! i'm not discussing bullshits about my background here, i'm advertising my Webhsoting service. This is my performance and let the clients decide.

So basically you aren't even trying to defend your services because you don't know what to reply except that you ensured they pay the same to the other guy. You guys really shouldn't think that your right is to advertise your 'company' no matter what.

Again, here comes the same question. How do you know that guy who gave you the VPS to start reselling won't delete the VPS after some time? Or how do you know that he won't stop paying for the server, so automatically. You're losing your VPS, and you're pretty much done using that username on Webmaster boards, and you'll think of another username doing the same things you did before.

You just can't be sure that he will be an honest and respectful guy, thing you're doing is so called 'kiddie business'. And clients are those who will pay the full price, you'll be ok. Just like the guy who provided you the VPS.
 
My Thought is that every webhost HUGE or Small should have a dedicated server as jason quotes

Come on, so you're trying to say that hosting uptime can't be guaranteed? All of the problems WJunction Hosters are having, are caused by them. Maybe one problem in a year is caused by the Datacenter.
