it's a default xenforo theme, you simply copied the warez-bb.org banner/logo. copy is fine but the banner/logo does not match with the webpage.

there is nothing to review much. i think you should work a bit and make some post/thread. then we can review the site.

btw i suggest to add favicon. best wishes for your new site. hope it will grow.
