you best going for vps2 as it got 1gb if you noticed 1gb ram is nearly used can always upgrade

Yep you can use the VPL2 or a higher plan for sborg.

PS: If your budget is upto $25 then I would suggest you to go with VPL3 ($20). It has got much more CPU. More CPU = faster (compare it with your own desktop, if you have a faster CPU you can do things faster ) :D
