Also, in my experience XXX is not as 'sensitive' to DMCA as eg movies.

Wrong. Their CDN servers are in Norway and they have their own network in Germany. It's not Hetzner lol.

The server locations are seperated in Norway etc, but the legal and DMCA comes to the german company in Germany. Just like with OVH in France. American company with servers outside USA, etc, all the same.

DMCA compes to the company where the jurisdiction lies.

Dude, I still don't get it why you go for EU servers if you are looking for DMCA ignored host?

ANY host EU host can be forced to remove content.

Gpr for any other country like Russian, Singapore etc. Google it!
