You definitely need to raise your budget if you are looking for proper DDoS Protection.

Also, if you are running File Host, then it is advisable to run it on a dedicated server and not a VPS.

I dont know but seem its a heavy ddos att , all informations from hosting manager , they tried to null route few time but seem my site down again , they gave up and refund , Im moving to 3rd service undergroundprivate , waiting for thier setup , seem my journey not done yet , hope.

well I hear from 2nd service its layer 7 , well preparing to move to 3rd service , Im searching for a cheap dedicated , until now I still dont know ddos is heavy or my vps just too bad , my site just open half month lol .
