i once had the same issue - constantly down due to ddos attacks. Then I switched to ramnode, got an ddos protected ip and - no issue since. Cheap and reliable! :)

While i don't like this new function - takes away some of original uploaders sales and makes files die faster when leechers site is constantly scanned by dmca, I welcome your decision to give a cut to original uploader. Imo the % should be a lot higher than 10 though

xerver is one of the best filehost currently imo - speed and payment wise. Upload stability should be better though, but it'll improve i'm sure. Anyhow, if xerver could add wire payment also, then it would be THE best filehost :) keep up the good work guys (y)
