Yes, there was a 4-hour outage today. Unfortunately, the power supply unit of one of the web servers was defective, which then led to a chain of further failures. :worried:

We are investigating this to filter future failures even better, Normally this should continue to function anyway...
Some player update to fix some things with the iPhone/iPad views counter still needs to be put online. ⏳
 
Hello i had a problem by voe as they removed alot of files on their server without even sending any emails
The problem that my account expires on 29th
But a system issue came up and it was showing that my accoun5 expires on 26th

On the day of 29th the system started deleting the videos
I think more than 2 or 3 tb of videos were deleted due to no views
Now i the series that i have on my website some of them are working and the other is not
Now this problem was caused by you. What can you do to restore my videos ?

We have just replied to your ticket (Premium Plus Expire date vs. Extra storage booked expire date). We may should display this better in the future if it is unclear.

There were no negative adjustments, but in the last 3-4 days there were some Adguard/Ublock users/rules who locked themselves out, plus the 4h outage and some ISP had problems with our Adblock domain. This may have been the cause.

Yesterday we put an update online because of the Adguard/Ublock issue so that it works again, as well as a view bugfix for iOS/iPad OS devices. We just have to wait and watch for 1-2 days (if this fixes a view bug). In the coming week we will check the rates again, as some countries such as the US are currently receiving too little $ due to the large tier differences.
