Because i think it was working before, but i'm not sure, right now it doesn't works for me...

Videos not playing and I agree with @david99, I can be patient but it would be good if users knew about estimate date of payment, even every two weeks or monthly payments would be OK, but specific time should be set :sunglasses::$

We are very sorry for late reply. Our main server was suspended by DC, but it'll will be back in 1-2 hrs.

I totally agree with Mr. David that specific time should be set, also it would be great if you tell us an approximate (estimate) date when this payment will be paid, cause it has been pending for 21 days (3 weeks) now.
