i bought this and service is pretty good , download speeds are like 2-3 mbps from fileserve / hotfile , and they provide premium accounts so thats a positive thing.The only thing which i didnt like is that cpu usage is extremely high
 
My rapidleech gets 97 MB/s with rapidshare premium download (rare but happens) and 100 MB/s with FileServe uploading (most of the time).

Hotfile download goes upto 8 MB/s but is usually 3~4 MB/s :)
 
I got about 50MBps Speed[normally] On Rapidshare Premium download on My NetDirekt dedicated [1GBps]

Rules are meant to understand and not just read.
Its the rule that does NOT allow SELLING those accounts. But what he mentioned was a feature of the service he is providing.

Which means, he is not selling the accounts. i.e. not against the rules.
