The last payment I received from vidup was 3rd December last year. My current payout has been pending since 9th december, so verging on 3 months now. Has anyone actually been paid since that time? I know that they've released payouts for thevideo after a long wait, but it's tough to get any info out of the admins in regards to vidup. 3 months seems like a heck of a long wait for a host that is meant to be paying a lot more regularly.
Interested to hear if anyone else has had payments from th since that date? I'm on Bitcoin by the way, and I know due to recent events that payza seems to be the most likely way to got paid, I just don't like paying fees haha.
Any help would be appreciated, maybe a Skype address or anything where someone has had a response. The live chat on thevideo in general takes 2 weeks to get any sort of reply, and even then it's a generic one.

Is anyone else having trouble uploading to vidup? I can't get a progress bar using vidup's uploader even if I disable my ad blocker and the Firefox tracking shield. If I use my uploader instead, it says it's uploading, but the upload fails at the end. I can't connect using the FTP function at all. Is it just me?

I'm having so many issues today with Vidup! First, I have three pending remote uploads that won't complete and can't be deleted. The maximum you can do is four, so the fact that three are sitting there (one for six days) is bothersome. Then to get rid of them, I decided to log out and what a mistake that was! I can't log back in and keep getting an error. I tried e-mailing them of course, but they haven't replied to one I sent a week ago, so I'm not holding my breath. So I don't know what to do at all.

I just got paid too Bonata, also on Payza. You could try defaulting to Payza. They seem to pay that first. Have you contacted them? Contact them and say you've changed to Payza.
I received a reply from Thevideo regarding the late Vidup payment, they said: "I do apologize about the delay however us making improvements to the websites does not mean that we are ignoring payments. Our developers are constantly working to make improvements to the website, we can not put development on pause when payments are delayed."
So they say they aren't ignoring payments, but then go on to rationalize how it's OK to ignore payments LOL. Anyway, I replied and said they didn't sound very contrite.

Yes young_golem I contacted them. They said " Vidups payments have been processed, we are just waiting for our bitcoin wallet to be refilled to process the bitcoin payments. Our apologies about the delay." I am going to wait for the BTC. From next payment cycle I will changed BTC to Payza

Personally, I'm not a big fan of Payza, which is why I had Thevideo on Skrill originally. But this company seems to pay Payza first and that's the reason I going with Payza. Otherwise I wouldn't. I hope you get paid soon Bonata.

Me too had Bitcoin but I got payment after changing my default payout option to Skrill.

I changed to skrill as suggested yesterday, but I still didn't receive payment
Vidup's btc payments are set to go out on the next cycle, you could add Skrill if you would like to get paid faster. (Please inform us if you choose to do so).

I do not use Skrill. So, I changed mine from BTC to Payza and I send a message to them by informing the change. Yet no reply

I personally think that Payza is the better choice anyway Bonata. When I had Skrill in February (I think it was) and they weren't paying, they told me I'd get paid faster with Payza than Skrill and I changed. And it does seem that it goes in pay order Payza then Skrill then Bitcoin/Wire. At least from what I see Payza is first. Not fast, but first. Also, I ended up adding payouts to the original amount because it took them so long to pay. Every time I got over the $10 threshold I'd add it. And they paid me all of it, not just the original amount. You could do that too. It doesn't matter if they don't pay you though.
But if they do pay, at least they'll pay everything they owe you. I do that for Thevideo too.Horrorspoke

I said I would change to payza, but their payza wallet is empty currently. They said the two options for fast payment is skrill or payoneer, where they have funds available. So I changed to skrill for now (this was about 36 hours ago). I'm wary as to whether I should go back to BTC and see if that goes through, or stay with skrill as they suggested haha
