Hello,

Our rules of counting the following:
We do not pay for views with active adblock.
We don't count views from not unique IPs too. Views/downloads are counted up to 4 times every 24 hours per 1 IP
Also the visitor should watch at least 5% of video.

Eugene , good day for you, my friend today see that my visitors download more my videos that wait to see the load all video, but this downloads no show in the reports why?, no count downlodas.

Hello Eugene I want to ask, why when downloading the file must pass through the link shortener again? whereas previously none, I think this is inconvenient for some who want to download because they have to wait a few seconds.

Hello,

The file should not pass through the link shortener. It is just type of ads. And it really takes few seconds. I do not think that these 3-5 seconds can be annoyed for visitors.
