The count is of TIER 4 no TIER 3 please Do not write lies, All my visitors are from spain, mexico, colombia, argentina, and the rest of latin america, and all count as TIER 4, NEVER as TIER 3,It will be because you do not add these countries to TIER 3 in the official site, are TIER 4 no TIER 3 and they count as TIER 4, please Do not write more lies. look and Draw conclusions:

If i arrived to 0.32352 is for my referred, but Without referrals my count show 0.11 x 100 or 1.1 x 1000 or in the practice 11 usd x 10.000 views = TIER 4

Edit: How to get premium accounts (For Storage Space) .. 1TB won't be sufficiant because i'm planing to replace all the old youwatch links that are dead .. I know I need to contact you but what are the conditions to get it ..

Very, very very slow the coding again ! what punishment !

O 699 MB = 2 hours and never end - At any time tomorrow, evening, night the coding is very slow. :facepalm:

every day only upload of 2 to 5 videos, one x one never upload 5 and remote 5 in a one paste, only 1 x 1 wait that end one of state O to N, and go with the second file,and the files for finish Take them more 2 hours. :facepalm:

Added after 25 minutes:

Dear partners!

Torrent upload was fixed, all payouts and compensations were made yesterday.
We continue to work and we have almost solved the servers problem. So normal speed for video's encoding, downloading, playing should be restored very soon:)
Thank you all for your patience and understanding in the days when we faced with such sudden emergency.
