And what about it ? Only 1st view is counted as full and 2nd is not. 1 view does not mean its 1st for you, same ip must have viewed someone elses video or your other video.

It will take us 2 minutes to disable the page you are screenshoting me but we have nothing to hide and everything is available as open information to everyone.
