Hello,

We are already checking it.

Edit: We have fixed the issue. Sorry about this.
Ok, the OTP and captcha issues are resolved.

Thank you for listening to the community's concerns.

Hopefully, Vidguard will improve in the future.

theres a frequent "video is being encode" error all the time which is sucks.
Forget it, they won't do anything about it. I have a lot of my old videos that used to work and have tons of views, but now they're showing this message. I've reported it many times with no response

btw. when was the multi quality switch removed? I don't see it in any videos anymore?

Please check ticket #25555.
There are still many videos showing the status “Video is being encoded.”

I would like to know if you can resolve this issue without requiring me to re-upload all the videos,
or will I need to upload them again?

Looking forward to your response.
Thank you.

Hi, could you reply here too? I asked the same question last month but you didn't let me know anything privately.

@VidGuard I'm experiencing an issue with your video hosting service. Currently, all video links using the domain https://listeamed.net/ (e.g. https://listeamed.net/v/KNWlED6R3YM5kbp) are not working correctly.
Instead of loading the correct video page, they are being redirected to an invalid URL like https://v/KNWlED6R3YM5kbp, which results in a broken page.
Please look into this redirect issue and fix it as soon as possible, as it is currently preventing users from accessing video content. Thank you.

I experienced the same thing

Despite using minimal ad settings and generating no revenue, my website visitors are starting to complain about the constant influx of ads. Is it time to switch?

Hello,

We made some changes on our redis server. We have fixed some issues and restarted it. Sorry about this.

Problem: Since redis isn't working properly, our cache system is returning invalid data which results invalid domain redirection, unable to login, invalid video data and more.

We have fixed this issue and hoping that it will not happen again. I am very sorry about this.

Thank you. However, is there any news regarding videos that remain in “Video is being encoded” even after weeks?

I recommend deleting those and re-upload it since the queue was deleted from our redis. We are using redis to save the queue data so those videos won't be proceed since it has been deleted. We are really sorry about this.

Is there a quick way to delete them? I have no idea what they are until users report the video that isn't working, because the API considers it to be working.
