On the bright side, there's been a response from the admin on this forum. The captcha bot issue has now been fixed.

Amazing, once you log out...you won't be able to log back in. Furthermore, you won't be able to create tickets or make withdrawals, as the captcha bot keeps failing. It's also important to note that this kind of fix doesn't actually take too long.
