Code not sent to email.
Thank you
I'm checking this right now.Is it just me, or are other users experiencing the same problems?
I mostly upload .mp4 files, and lately it’s been really frustrating. I constantly have to check if the uploaded files are even available or if I’m going to get another playback error. Quite often, I have to upload the same file twice just to make it work.
The most common error I see is:
"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."
I get the feeling the issue isn’t with the files themselves, but more likely with the server infrastructure. Maybe I’ve been placed on an older or overloaded server – I can’t really explain these constant issues any other way.
This has been going on for quite some time now, and honestly, it’s not a reliable platform for me anymore. Other providers are clearly more stable. Please take this as constructive feedback – I really hope you can sort it out. I’d hate to switch, but at some point, I may have no other choice.
Unfortunately, the situation has not improved so far. The availability of uploaded files is still highly unreliable, and when access is possible at all, it often takes far too long.I'm checking this right now.
Still working on it. We are also aware of this problem. It seems that some videos are not being encoded properly. And then it will retry after 1-2 hours later on.Unfortunately, the situation has not improved so far. The availability of uploaded files is still highly unreliable, and when access is possible at all, it often takes far too long.
That’s why I’d like to ask directly: Is this issue currently being actively worked on? So far, I haven’t seen any indication that progress is being made.
Send me the video URL.For those of you who use VidGuard, is it currently working on your cell phone with the Chrome browser? I tested it on three different cell phones, iPhone and Xiaomi, all with updated Chrome, and it didn't work. It just shows a dark frame. It worked on the Opera browser.

I did another test, on the desktop, if I access the links directly logged into my vidguard account, the player appears immediately on the page, if I access the same link through the anonymous tab and without being logged in, the player also does not appear.
