Why is it that the videos take forever to convert, and when they do no media file can be found

There is something wrong with the thumbnails.

The videos below were uploaded 2 days ago and the server did not generate their thumbnails yet.

Please fix it. :)

I have a question for you guys from videowood: do you want to make money? Actually do you love to make money? Yes? Than fix your da"*! script! For months now remote upload doesn't work and you stated several times already that you will fix it and yet nothing. It's beyond me why you don't fix it. YOu count everything,pay on time for everything and yet it seems that you simply don't want more traffic because without remote upload all of us with crappy upload speed can't do anything to get more traffic.

So,do you want to make money or not?
 
looks like problems with errors rise again :( please get more servers ASAP and fix remote upload! Also lowering payouts to have it all working smoothly would be fine!

What are you saying? I use remote upload all the time and it works just perfect!

It does not work at my end for months now. Actually it does work for smaller files. Like up to 400 megs or so but if I want to transfer bigger ones I always get transfer error:

More parts, more popup ads, more earnings :)

Sure! There's like 50 sites in my niche all with full movies and visitors will pick my site because I offer movies in parts and tons of more popu ups lol

I have one question that I hope people can answer. If a video is inactive for the 30 or 45 days (I can't remember which) do you let the user know WHAT video was deleted so they can re-upload it? I'd hate to see 10 videos disappear and not find out.

Or a feature that lets you know if this video doesn't get a view in so and so days it'll be deleted.

I noticed on some video host they have a "Last Download or Last Viewed" date, and that would be awesome for you to implant!

What's the problem? I'm just reporting about the payment request - it will help people know how healthy VideoWood service is.

Once they complete the payment, the status will be updated. That's a pretty normal situation, you must be new on this kind of business.

please add some "Last Download or Last Viewed" date.
It was very helpfully, if some one like me, have more than 800 videos.
 
Just received my first payment and my experience with VideoWood was great. Their service is easy and fast, has some bugs, but just little things.

Highly recommended!
