I have been getting massive complaints from users regarding the video player - which turns out can get you blacklisted from Google.

Here are screenshots submitted via users about force downloads - AVG warnings, sound playing in the background, and phishing attack warnings with Google Chrome. I'll work on getting the Phishing Attack notice from Google soon.

Some can say my site was hacked - which it wasn't - cause if I go to a page WITHOUT the video player - no errors, force downloads or phishing attacks appear.

Please fix this, or people with websites will be blacklisted and de-indexed with Google. I will remove these images once the problem is fixed - or an answer from videowood is made.

This also happened to the website of my friend who is using videowood. Google blacklisted it. Eventually his website ranking goes down so as with his traffic along with his income.
This is also gonna be everyone's problem who has a website. I'm worried about this. Rates are good but if the problem still persist, google might also block list my website(ranking and phising attack warnings). Can you tell how are u gonna solved this problem? What my friend did is he removed all the videos hosted in videowood from his website.

UPDATE:
Found a solution, I'm just gonna use videowood as mirror link :)
That way I'm safe from being blacklisted in google.

You aren't safe necessarily When users visit a web page, browsers like Chrome check the content that’s loaded to see if any part of it is potentially dangerous. When it detects a problem, the browser shows a warning, alerting users that content from a site they've identified as being malicious is being loaded. In many cases, they'll also flag the original site as malicious, which alerts the webmaster and helps to protect potential users. The first thing they recommend is locating and removing the reference to the domain that is triggering the browser warning. The warning tells you the domain of the questionable content, and after removing content from that domain your page should no longer trigger the warning.

So even if I try to make videowood as a mirror link my site will still be blacklisted by google? I think this is just a false positive by avg. Are there other antivirus that detects the player? I emailed the admin but they didn't respond.

AVG is stopping that force download the player was trying to download. That force download is making AVG think it's a fake player, and when it does Download it shows up in the Chrome downloads area as FLVPlayer_Chrome.exe which AVG thinks is fake

Inquired another webmaster and he said that it's ok to use this as mirror link. My website won't be detected as phishing site by google cause of the player.

I don't think Google could blacklist you since Videowood provides an iframe. But this is a really serious issue and they should solve this problem as soon as possible.

They do, because they did to mine a couple days ago.

Videowood.tv isn't the problem exactly, it's the ads they use on their player - even if it's in an iframe the popups and force download still appear on your site.

I don't use redirect like mobile redirects or any type of cloaking. Here is the message in my Manual Actions in Google Webmasters

Yes, that's actually a problem with their ad-network. This sucks, and I hope the admin fix it real soon.

Admin, please fix the issue with the thumbnails. Almost 100% of my videos don't have any thumbnail. That reduces drastically my number of views.

Thanks for the update :) Hope we hear from them soon!

I love video as much as the next guy, and I don't want to switch video host because they pay so well, but it doesn't matter if my visitors stop coming.

Update me if the problem still persist then I'll try to contact the admin.

So far everything looks good! I'll wait a few days before submitting my request to GWM to have my site rechecked.
