Same problems : FTP doesn't work, I've spoke with the technical assistance yesterday and they have told me that FTP woould be fixed within 30 minutes, but it still doesn't work. The same goes for the RU and it still doesn't work.

Exact same condition as morninghero. Status says paid but no money paid in my paypal account.

i'm not able to disable account security.. i go in the settings, click disable but i never receive my emai lto disable it (i also check in the spam folder) and i check, the email is right

Ok so now because the technical assistance has said that RU works good I ask to all users : Who is able to ru from FSe or MU to US ?
 
you are trying to download is 701.2 Mb.You can download files over 700Mb only with Premium-account how can i fix it .i want free users download my files :)
 
It's very annoying that free users can't download some files just because 2-3 mb. I think usershare make free user limit at least 1 gb.

usershare was so good before but now isnt good

You have to be a premium to enable or disable account security

I believe it is because of the recent failures we were having in servers, so users were unable to download.It is fixed now so, everythin should return to normal
