try to upload 5 GBS 5 files 1 GB each and
upload to download clicknupload mixloads and usersdrive
all others upload complete in no time but only for usersdrive we have to wait for 3 to 4 minutes extra,

Please obtain some additional details from them and post them here. There could be several reasons for this issue, but the most common one is that they are using a proxy or VPN that frequently changes their IP address.

Regarding your issue, users utilizing proxy/VPN/IP changers may encounter these kinds of problems.
