If I upload mkv files, they are uploading to the site fine, but they remain under "Reviewing..." for a long time and I have to delete those files. Can you please clarify what is the "Review.." process?
If possible can you remove that "Reviewing..." process for me?

Reviewing means we are checking in your videos if there have any inappropriate contents. So we can't remove this procedure. But you can pm me if your videos keep reviewing a long time. Let's say over 24hours. I will check in your acc immediately.
