Im seeing to many people that dont know what to put in the thumbnail field. Well, It is very simple:

Internet Explorer Instructions:
Just go to your userporn My Videos section, and you will see your videos and also their images (thumbnails). Just click 2nd button of your mouse hover the thumbnail, go to properties and get thumbnail URL :)

Firefox Instructions:
Just go to your userporn My Videos section, and you will see your videos and also their images (thumbnails). Just click 2nd button of mouse and choose copy image location.

If I embed the videos on my site, then will userporn count it for views when user watches the embedded video or I should give the link to the video directly?
