Userload and tubeload are offline, what happened?

Can anyone help out with in contacting the owner of userload and tubeload because the service of both of them is offline.

I love the service and would like to know if they discontinue the service or not.
Otherwise I will take my chance with other videohosts.

i removed the fibers to tubeload servers.

seems like they have gone, URL's not available on Google.

Just noticed that tubeload.co is working again.
