I haven't had a problem with paying for 4 years.

1. waiting payment
2. there have been counting problems for about 1 week. sometimes much gain sometimes zero count etc.
3. hope you can fix it.
 
I agree, he was always reliable, but things can change. Host owners can change too.
Do you think he doesn't know that the counter doesn't work?
But he doesn't show up, even when there are problems.
No communication at all and when host goes silent like this, you always have to expect the worst.

What would it cost him to say there is a problem we are working on it, even if he did not give more explanation it would be more reliable than silence.
On top of that he knows perfectly well the status of the site.

Hello,

I am sorry for latest issues, we work to back everything to normal.

The main server has a hard disk failure and we lose all data, the good thing we make daily backup at second server, but we take longtime to run site again because we was try to get latest data from the disk down.

Anyway I think everything will be normal next 48 hours and sorry again for these issues.
