It's quite simple.
You had 27 Downloads, but only 9 downloads were from Free Users.
You had 18 Downloads from Premium Users.
These Downloads are not counted for Payouts.

You can read the answer many times in this thread.
Normally it needs 10 days until Payout.
So you have to wait more 2 days.
Only Paypal Payouts need a longer time (at the moment).

I upload but i have little downloads. When i look at some file there are 0 download but when i move the mouse over the number of download it says - Last download:3minutes (for example). But it doesnt count? I dont now but if all was ok i must have 100 downloads?

It must be the downloads by premium users and more than 1 per IP in 24 hours tat they don't count in the affiliate program
