same problem... i requested 100 euros (2012-10-06) and i received 98 euros even if it show "Amount €100.00 EUR" in payza account. i don't know what fee is this if request is 100 euros or higher.

not was 13 euros for me that "fee" but for others is more...why?

i don't know if this already fixed or not..AFAIK if u upload via FTP sometimes the files change with _filenames. the best way to upload are via ZOOM never miss my files

I don't think so, cuz I requested twice via bank transfer, the first time has no fees I got full payment in my bank account, but this time, 13.5 euros are missing.
