Hello.

I requested a Paysafecard Payout 14 days ago, and it's neither paid nor checked.
So i friendly asked you: When can I expect the money to get paid out?
 
I waive this host, they laugh at me one week, the conclusion I have reached is that with the change of day, throw the dice and depending on the outcome, so pay that day, of course double six indicates that that day there is no payment.

Its because those days probably the download speed for unregistered users was 50 KB/s and for registered users 100 KB/s.

Its very simple: If you don't like how they work then stop using them ;)

Its because they changed that. You can check this in the section 5.1.3 on their Terms of Service.

People that request payments with low quantities like 20€ just slow down the system, maybe with the new minimum payout balance we will see an increase in the speed of payouts, and seriously if you can't reach 50€ in a a week or less than a week you're losing time and wasting electricity for cents, and this isn't a flavor of the month filehost that needs a really low minimum to gain trust/users.

Also why would anyone request a payout for less than 100€ and throw away 20%?
