For sure it's news - most german uploaders didn't know it yet.
For me it isn't a no go - it's annoying - not more - not less - if you're able to handle it.
When i look at the german & american scene like that, then most of the "huge" uploaders do offer UL furthermore.
In the last years 113 of my accounts were banned - i got my money from EVERY account. The only annoying fact is that it takes too long. You don't realy know if you'll get your money this time or they'll scam you if it takes so long. But I think they won't do it as long as it is profitable for them.

Uploader or Mirrormaker?
It makes a difference, if you have unique stuff it´ll be pretty stupid to use UL, there are MUCH better and trustable opinions around.
But if you are someone who put the 34. copy of a movie or a tv-show in public boards, so its not important, its luck, that people click your link and the only thing you have to do is: make so much mirrors as possible. sorry, but this is not really a "uploader".

Just like Uploaded. I think Uploaded is done like rapidshare. Why the fuck should i still wait for them to pay me and still use them? Noway. Waiting more than 60 days already. Thats enough
