Mine too. I upload every week the same amount of files, files are very similar in size, download groups are always the same, and the downloads this week are even higher than the last week. But this week I'm earning half the money that I always earn. I don't understand it.

got several complaints. all are saying thy are having problems with buying premium accounts.
example:
"I've tried for days to get an Uploadable premium membership. they don't accept payments directly, I've gone through countless secondary sites Uploadable recommends and all fail. now my credit card info is all over the world and I still have no account. can you use a site that is more open to getting a membership?"
what gives?

ven666detta: We don't recognize this problem. Fortunately for the user all information is sent via SSL, thus the person's info isn't all over the world
If this user has tried our resellers and still fail to pay, I'd strongly believe there's something wrong with his credit card and not ours or the resellers gateway.

1/ Try to import links (Remote Upload) files from Uploadable to FileFactory and it fails many times.
Uploadable.ch:80 (connect: Connection refused) failed:500
2/ Uploadable fails for Remote Upload.
It's been a month I can not using Uploadable's REmote Uplooad (File Storage Service) for my FileFactory or so.
Nothing done.
Can you please tell us when the Remote Upload will be fixed? Thank you, Jo.

DEIS: If you're one of the people who have been in violation of Section 20, then this would be the case - All your ability to upload & share links will be ceased. If not then I will have a look into it.
geomaster: The statistics are moving on point. Doesn't show up as any issues here.
jamz7: I will tell the techs to look into it. We have set it up before, but maybe they have either banned our IPs or changed the way that we fetch files from them. Remote upload works for all other hosts.

Hello, Joe. I've read the email and I'm sure there's something wrong. I NEVER upload any bestiality, zoophilia, CP or similar that write in section 20. I upload only general adult movie and clip. Please specify me what file that you take it as bestiality, zoophilia, CP (I don't even know what CP mean).
Oh! I just see you take "rape, "drunk" sex" as one of section 20 too but it not actually write in there. I may have some fake rape or drunk sex but why you don't just removed that file first and warn me ? I don't know you not allow some "fake" movie. It's not write in the TOS, you just say here. Hope you will help. Please just delete those find you think It's violate your term of service but don't just delete my account in 7 days. It's too much.
