airwalk - As said 100 times before we will remove it when we decide it's beneficial to everyone, this includes us.
 
It says that I can't upload for [h=1]Storage Limit Exceeded[/h]even I have deleted all files.

If you don't add this feature or remove it completely I will have to Stop posting uploadable. 2 sales all of them are 0.99$ in the first two days... and the first one was not rebilled... Come on...

I have the same problem : I am starting to make sales (1 per day ATM) but eventhough all my files are shared only on my website my past 4 sales have NOT been counted as coming from my website. Clearly, this can't be the case, so there must be some kind of problem on your side guys...

BTW, I've seen lots of people requesting their account to be upgraded to premium but no reply from you, does this mean you no longer grant premium access to your affiliates ?
 
azael - We upgrade those who we feel meet our requirements. Not everyone who asks is upgraded. Users can redeem their own upgrades from earnings otherwise.

Anybody here switch from PPD to PPS on uploadable, how long did it take? Seems like forever for me. They said they cant do it, then wait a week, then wait till Monday, requests are processed Monday.. Its Monday & no switch yet, I sent tickets and PMs but no word from anyone. Poor support from a new filehost is extra bad because it only gets worse with time...

spc - The plan change is automatic through the system if you have not had your plan changed by day change I will look into it for you. Currently it is still Monday.

It gives you a date for when you are eligible also. Read the notice for when it will change it's clearly stated.

We are not new either :)

airwalk - I would need more specifics, our download speed for anonymous is quicker than premium on other hosts.

Got it.

You didn't answer my first question regarding the accuracy of website sales... I obvioulsy missed quite a few of those, while all my files are only available on my website... Any hints ?
