I am having problem with FTP, cannot login w/ user (V6ERFfE2) & password provided.

Has the premium DL speed been lowered? I am getting complaints about slower speeds, so I checked my DL speed and it was topping off @ 500 kb/s. Makes it hard to sell accts at those speeds guys, let us know something...?
