As stated on the payment request page, you must put in your payment by Wednesday if you wish to get paid on Friday of the respective week.
 
News at Site : ATTN: We are going to prematurely end the DOUBLE payments offer tomorrow (Friday) due to number of fraud accounts made. Get all your payments in by the end of today to still get double your payout amount.
 
We have received a high amount of fraudulent payouts and high server load due to the fraud traffic so we are choosing to end this. We are currently checking all accounts carefully to inspect for fraud.

$80 was the max as stated when you submitted the request. Again, this was made to avoid abuse on the payment system.
