I REALLY LIKED UPDOWN AT FIRST
easy download
not annoying ads
and not bad rates

BUT ....

AFTER I %100 UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY SHAVE,I QUIT
i really wanted to work with them..
so sad

i used freakshare links under updown links and saw the difference
i know freakshare counts perfect but updown close all counting 3 4 hours sometimes and it really sux
i am sad that i cant continue ,i wish they dont shave but they sure do

Don't worry, it's all good.
Had some maintenance stuff to do the last hours. The counts will get credited to your account now.

last time you promised a bonus because of frozen stats
i got nothing when payment time
and now you again promise
i am sure you will not pay again
man please count %100
believe me you will get many users
but even you opened this host many months ago
always problems and counting is really bad

please fix soon

Just to clarify, the bonus was because of delayed payments not for frozen stats.
Check your account, you should see your counts from the last hours.

As stated many times before, our counts are 100%.
We will integrate a download counter in the file manager within the next week. So that all of you are able to see which files are active and which ones are not.

After we finished the maintenance part, 30-45 minutes ago, there have been transferred thousands of counts from the last hours to several user accounts.
When you haven't got counts, then may be, there are no downloads of your files!?
 
No reply still to PM, but whatever, got my answers from your FAQ.

Also, you claim to count every download for earning, but do you really? In two days, I have two files downloaded by one IP (country) and nothing else.

Who the hell downloads just 2 files out of 7? Likely everything was downloaded, just only those 2 were counted ...

this site can be best here and can get many users also
but it doesnt ,, so sad, why?

counting is suspicious
frozen countings for 3 4 hours sometimes
affiliate rates a-b-c-d- between them huge difference like 27-16-8-3 it could be closer


positive ways are also good

no annoying ads
paying surely
(new) downloads counter for files
rates are euro



i am just giving an advice please make counting %100 and never shave
and also please increase tier b -c-d even small amount ,people will love it
there is a huge difference between tiers

as a personal i am very sad about updown.bz
this host has a huge potential but they cant use it


i wish you fix some problems so i and other people can use your host

Many users complain that,your counter doesn't work properly.So I thought that,I make a test.
I asked one of my friend to download one of my file.He did it yesterday from Germany.His download not credited at all until now!! :(
If you would like,I can send you in PM the link and when he began the download exactly!
He downloaded the file fully,and not download anything from your site before.

I'm usually not a " complaining " guy! :) I not telling that you are cheater or you are shaving!!! I just tell you that,maybe there is a bug with the counter or something wrong with the counter!!
So,please check it and fix it! As you can see in the previous posts,not I'm the only one with this problem.

thats why i am talking about 3 friends of me lives in another cities in turkey and one from japan
all downloaded my 500mb over files
but updown counted only one
i dont say he is cheater too
but trust is the most important thing in this area
if customers dont trust once ,,its hard to make him-her trust again
if updown accept his fault and fix the bug (or shaving) everything will be great
but almos lost many users
