Please create a ticket so we know where the problem is. Advertisers often abuse their ad placements, and sometimes there are just glitches. We can't know until someone reports it to us. Create a ticket, provide a link, a video if possible, and your country, and we'll look into it.

I completely agree, on their website they say there are 5 Pop, but when I went to watch it, it said there were more than 10.

When I say someone has to manage the ads and that's about it, the system has to work. A mistake here and there is fine, but they don't think that this drives away visitors.

I don't want to seem rude, but as long as you write this on the forum, nothing will change.

Today, one of our users created a ticket, attached screenshots, and we resolved the issue together. We're not psychics, so please create tickets if you're having trouble; we're always here to help. But forum posts are useless.

The posts above are implying you have too many ads.
Are you not even gonna consider or take a look into the claim just because it was posted on your official forum thread?

Your conclusions are strange and premature. Support exists to help users. Support doesn't read the forum and WILL NEVER read it, that's pointless. To find and isolate the problem, we need your account information, links, and other information for analysis. Collecting it publicly is pointless.

You even posted a reply on the forum without checking the ad count. Right now, there are even LESS ads than there should be.

We respect every user and listen to their opinions. However, we ask for mutual respect, so that if you have a problem, you create a ticket so it can be resolved promptly. Without tickets, any technical issues will not and cannot be resolved.

Yesterday I added more videos again to see what the earnings would be after the new changes. And the earnings are terrible. I'm actually going to make my last payment and end my partnership. I have the worst earnings of any host here. I honestly don't know what's going on, but I believed that something might change for the better, but it's just a waste of my time.

Today, according to my calculations, I should have earned about $4, but I earned 80 cents, as if people couldn't watch the videos on this host or there was some other problem. It's interesting and very rare for earnings to be so low.

The views counter and earnings tracker aren’t working today. I hope the owner of Up4Stream will reimburse us for the loss or compensate us by doubling the earnings
 
@casanova9, Yes, I know the admin doesn't like it when someone complains. I don't use this host regularly, however earnings used to be better. But today, the earnings are terrible, as if the meter was broken or viewers couldn't watch the videos.

My views have always been horrible, lol. And my payment is also pending since a week. Anyways I don't use them anymore, I really wanted to give them a chance and tried to build a decent library of videos but when after two months views are still tragic and every host can give better earnings even after using them for one day, up4str has become embarrassing. Or maybe they used a view filter against me so that I wouldn't go past certain threshold. IDK

Not only for you, mine views also not counting. On other host i get much better earning compare to this. This host views counting is trash. You're right, it was a global error; users couldn't watch videos. It took some time to fix (it lasted for one day). We apologize.
There is an excessive ads. The views counter is somewhat stuck and earnings have gone downhill.
We couldn't find the advertiser causing this issue for a long time, as it wasn't present in all GEOs. We found it and fixed it. Thank you.

That's correct. Your account only displays PAID views (we don't display TOTAL views). When you enable VPN or PROXY blocking, your VPN or PROXY views will decrease because they are blocked.

We did indeed have an issue with our storage servers. Because it was important for us to save all our files, restoring RAID arrays and the database (clustering between servers) took a long time. We don't cut any views on principle. If you want to see for yourself, you can contact us on Telegram. We'll review your traffic directly in the database and show you the administrative part. We have nothing to hide. But we also strictly monitor the quality of views. We don't count views with ad blockers, VPNs, proxy views from servers, or fake views. You'll have to live with that.

We're building a very serious project. We're here for the long haul. We're not interested in instant profits; we're interested in stability. We want to provide users with a stable income, paying them fairly for HONEST views. Along this challenging path, difficulties will inevitably arise.

But ultimately, we will achieve high quality, stable, and honest work together with you. We thank every user who uses our services.

Even you know when we have thousands of files embedded and if a site goes down for hours and hours, visitors lose trust in our websites, eventually harming both of us. So please check the problem as soon as reported for minimal downtimes. These frequent downtimes are hurting too much.

Besides the traffic and views, we’ve lost money — the counter hasn’t been working since last night. The same issue happened last Monday. I hope we’ll be compensated for this major loss, especially since it’s the weekend’s harvest

Unfortunately, during downtime, views really don't happen. This happens, and we do everything we can to prevent it. Regarding the view counter, even when the database is unavailable (due to an update or upgrade), everything is written to a file and then transferred to the database via cron (if you know what I mean).

We don't see a global drop, views were simply processed late one day. If you're having any issues, please create a ticket. We'll definitely review it and compensate for any delays if necessary. No problem there.
