No, our plan is to complete the design update first, then the technical part. Otherwise, we'll have to do double the work, since the technical part is tied to the updated design. We're still finalizing the design. That'll take about another week.

Hello. All videos are playing. Yesterday, we fixed a lot of bugs and updated the technical aspects of video playback and search. The same applies to tickets. Please check if everything is working for you.

Ticket response times are now stable, and we're addressing all issues that arise. Unfortunately, sometimes they arise dynamically and are difficult to pinpoint, and the implementation of the new engine also complicates their resolution. Yes, it took us a little longer to integrate the user part than expected, that's true, but everything is fixed now.

Indeed, there were video playback issues for a few days (the video played, but it just took longer to load) because we were disabling HLS to migrate to a new codec. The situation has now stabilized, and judging by our graphs, the traffic decline has stopped. We're still in the process of making changes, and they'll take some time. If you encounter any issues, please create a ticket—it's very important to us.

We provide support ONLY through the ticket system. Sometimes, if you need immediate assistance, we also help via Telegram. Please provide the number of your ticket if you haven't received a response.

The changes start tomorrow – rates will be lower.
It's a shame. Rates were a bit better now and things were improving, but I see them returning to previous levels or even dropping, which means earnings will drop again.

We're changing a lot, including our tariffs. We can't afford to cheat users and not pay them, and we have to pay from our earnings, not from our own pockets. However, many countries have raised their Tier, while others have lowered them. This is inevitable and will always be the case. The market dictates its own terms.

Our rates remain market-based, no more and no less. Rates of $45-50 lead to bankruptcy, as you can see for yourself in the related topics.

I'm sorry you had such an experience. But one day, you'll come back, we're sure of it :) We're currently working on a lot of work, and many changes await us. @up4stream Very nice interface (better than AbStream's), but your Anti-Adblock is useless when I tested it with AdGuard (I haven't tested the others). You also don't have a VPN/Proxy blocker, and the videos take a long time to start playing. I hope you fix it soon.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We're working hard to make the design user-friendly and pleasant. Regarding the ad blocker, it's true that it's not working right now, but we're working on it. Soon, we'll have the ability to block access for proxy servers and VPNs, as well as for the ad blocker, in the user interface.
