Unverified paypal

I've heard you can still send money with an unverified paypal, is this true?
When i click 'view limits' in my paypal account it shows:

Sending limit $0.00 USD $0.00
USDWithdrawal limit (monthly)

$500.00 USD $500.00 USD


Any help is appreciated.

You cant send/spend money on internet if your paypal is uverified.

You can send 100$ and can receive 500$ without verifying.

After limit reached, u have to verify the account.

When i go to 'Send' in paypal and fill out everything and click 'Continue' it says this exactly:
"The amount you're trying to send exceeds your $0.00 USD sending limit. Find out how to lift your sending limit and make unlimited payments through PayPal."

Since when would that be? My PP isn't verified and $400 went in and out in about 48 hours.

As of now I am unable to send money with an unverified paypal account, but you can receive.

This thread is confusing me. According to some of you we can no longer send money with an unverified PP account, correct? My account is unverified and shows this:

Sending Limit Per Transaction 	€1 000,00 EUR  	N/A 	N/A 	[Verify to lift limits]
Sending Limit Per year 	€1 500,00 EUR  	€1 045,98 EUR  	8 Feb 2010  	[Verify to lift limits]
Withdrawal Limit Per month 	€750,00 EUR  	€750,00 EUR  	  	[Verify to lift limits]
Withdrawal Limit Per year 	€1 000,00 EUR  	€1 000,00 EUR  	8 Feb 2010  	[Verify to lift limits]

Maybe only US accounts can no longer send money?

Its when they get limited.

Sometimes PayPal forces you to verify, and if you cant, you get limited.
Mostly happens if you pay with webforms
