Thanks to both for replies! @Rockstar When i go to 'Send' in paypal and fill out everything and click 'Continue' it says this exactly: "The amount you're trying to send exceeds your $0.00 USD sending limit. Find out how to lift your sending limit and make unlimited payments through PayPal."

I've heard you can still send money with an unverified paypal, is this true? When i click 'view limits' in my paypal account it shows: Sending limit $0.00 USD $0.00 USDWithdrawal limit (monthly) $500.00 USD $500.00 USD Any help is appreciated.

My opinion I prefer the xbox over the ps3 because i always see more games for the xbox, or maybe that's just me.
