of course we know what we do. the problem is just we estimated to have around 2000 users a day but it's 50.000 / day. that's the reason.. the only reason...

the equipment just can't handle all this amount of data :( so we need to top up our servers again!
 
ok uload we are waiting :)

if u have an estimation from tech's for remote to be setup in more or less 24hrs plz post here. hope we are not loosing monday also :( as for the weekend ok lost but was a "broken" files damage problem
 
the best for us would be to shutdown everything and start fresh lol

But this is not possible. You would loose all your files... So this is the reason why everything is so slow.

But probably we won't be able to bring back remote today... I'm sorry

Give us 1 week again please to solve all our problems. With the new servers everything will be much better.

We will setup remote, ftp and premium servers only! up and dl server only! so every server will be seperated. this is the way it will work 100%

got it now:) -- it's like a ""pending"" mode at the moment instead of shut-down due to high demand and the srv problems also. thks for reply!

should work again. try flash upload. when it stops at 100% just go to "My files" and the file will show up

You have enough traffic to download. After that you need a premium account!

Otherwise feel free to use another hoster!

Added after 19 minutes:

remote upload is for premium only at the moment.. we have to wait for the new servers. we hope it can stay for the premium members... otherwise we will also have to disable it again because it takes the whole performance

most probable will do that. We all experienced scams with hongkong file services.
Filesonic..... Freakshare who took all our money and banned us, BitShare.
Good advice though....
