The rates have not been changed. Rates are different based on IP and file sizes... so you can't always base your profit on the amount of files downloaded.

Ufox, I have two questions.

1. Can free users download 2GB files?
2. Could you add support for https:// and ftp:// remote upload. All my files are located on another server which only gives an https direct link and or by using ftp.

Rates was never changed but same IP per 24 hours was due to a bot problem... We are not trying to cheat anyone... only trying to protect people from cheating us! seems to have had a big impact on here. It's been changed back now. ANYONE caught using a Bot to rack up points will be banned!
