at turbobit we earn just few dollars

Is remote upload working? I'm trying from rapidgator and receive the following message - "url is not dedicated to the service you chose"

How much storage space does Turbobit offer to free registered users?
How long does the turbobit.net server keep the files for PREMIUM users? In the website says 90 days, in the support website says 120 days!

Support was last seen on 5th Aug 2014 and since then no answer, no support anywhere.
