Well... i just wanna know ... i am unable to open hackforums.net ... is there any way i can browse to it.

I have the same problem.

Your IP is probably blacklisted
The only way to bypass it is to change IP.

Have you been playing with some "hack tools" lately?
Check your hosts file.
