Torrents or Filehosting ?

here in germany many companies are specialized in logging torrent traffic and looking for autoseeder and in some cases for leechers. Than you get a little letter from a lawyer with some nice claims for damages (copyright for ex.) Filehoster are more "secure" than torrent.

I personally prefer filehosts since you can bank on them giving you the best speeds if you have a premium account..
