At first I was getting 2mb/s download tops. Then, he said he removed a file that was bringing down the speed, so I went ahead and tried again. To my suprise whatever he did decreased my speed to 100-200kb/s. I explained to him that these speeds were insanely slow, so he was kind enough to move me to another server. That was going a bit better, 2-4mbps download and 500kb/s upload.

While my files were going, I figured I would let him know, that he needs to market quality. Sure, unmetered bandwidth is great, but if your service was offering 10mb/s download and 3-5mb/s upload, then you would in turn gain more customers at higher rates.

All of a sudden, he had an account for me, and asked how much I would pay to be moved. I said, hey, you advertised 6-9 mb/s for 4 bucks, I am not paying more until I receive what I originally purchased.

To be honest 6-9 MBPS download speed means a dedicated 72 mbit line. Do you expect a 72 mbit unmetered line for 4 bucks?

To be frank, that amount of bandwidth costs a few hundreds at the cheapest rates available at cheapest datacenters.

You may not agree, but that is a good value what you are getting for 4 bucks.
